MANILA, Philippines — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reported flooding in parts of Mandaluyong and Parañaque City on Saturday due to rains brought by the southwest monsoon or habagat.
At the EDSA Shaw tunnel northbound in Mandaluyong, floodwaters reached gutter-deep but remained passable to all types of vehicles., This news data comes from:http://www.gyglfs.com
In Parañaque, Dr. A. Santos Avenue at 4th Estate, Barangay San Antonio, was half-tire deep and not passable to light vehicles going northbound.
